35mm photographers - where do you get your prints
#2
Yes
I get themtransferres digitally through a local one hour lab and its cheaper to get it straight to disc with no prints because they charge me about $2 for developing and $4 for the disc. Doesn't sound like much savings really but they will put up to 12 rolls on one disc for me and only charge me once for the disc and then its development price per roll after that
I also have a scanner. Its an old Minolta DiMage and it works great I have just gotten used to letting the lab do it for me h:
Prints I take to a custom lab or I do it myself so I can control all the enlarging process and make adjustments according to what I want out of it and not anyone elses interpretation.
