tripod recommendations.
lookin to replace my old/tired tripod.
i need a sturdy tripod. something light and can be thrown around. most i'd spend is probably 100, if i can, 50 at most. brands/model/personal experiences

I like my Velbon Videomate 607
Not a real expensive one but it is fairly light and adjustable.

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...=240474&is=REG I bought a cheap Canon one it was $40.00. Its light, the legs are quick to adjust, And the camera can be removed really fast via a cam lock setup. Has a level built into it and came with a carry bag. It econo all the way but it works

i have one with 3 legs.. hahahaha geez i didn't know there were really "competing" tripods out there. i think they all should be fairly the same except for maybe weight. aslong as this one holds my camera still i'm happy with it
