I have four 17 inch rims from my car. I dont know what type they are.

3 rims are good, and one is bad.

One brand new tire, and the three other tires need to be replaced.

I can give you this for $150........It's worth the fix for this price. I spent $120 for the new tire that has warranty from discount tires....so your gain... let me know....
