No offence but I doubt you will get $6000, a similar one just went for $5000 on ebay, and I think it even had more mods.

 

you should keep it. A headgasket is no reason to give it up.

 

especially if its still worth 6k to you.

gather up some mechanically inclined friends and get to work you should be able to do it. Unless you have another car or plan on starting over again I would have to at least try to fix it first. Or borrow some money from somewhere and find a decent shop to do it.

 

head gaskets are like 60 bucks, but if hes broke, hes broke.

 

better sell that dc header and the jbls and the strut bar.
