hey how does it fit to the car.... I got one off ebay, and it sucks, absolutely will not stay straight, it attaches with the 5 plastic screws on top, and just has like 5 clips on the bottom.

how does this one attach, and what brand is it?

I don't know the brand. It screws in with the 5 plastic screws on top and you should be able to screw it to the bumper from the bottom with your original screws. I will double check tonite.

actually i just looked. there are tabs that slide into the bumper.
it is still factory sealed so i know it is brand new. there are litte predrilled holes for screws behind the openings so you can secure some mesh.
