i have a Genuine Tsunami front lip for 99-00 civics. This is made of poly uranthane just like the stock bumper, so it won't crack like the cheap fiberglass and ABS plastic lips. This lip retail for $199.95. It is in PERFECT condition and was just painted in Gloss White. No paint chips or scratches at all. Sellin only the LIP, bumper will not be included.
