Some info on the brace: all bars are made of aluminum, 30mm in size. Only 30mm is available, 22mm has been discontinued. Included is the C-pillar bar as seen in picture above (the top bar going across bolted to the rear seat belt harness), and the cross/x brace that crosses each other. We have confirmed that the stock rear seats can be kept with this setup as well!! The only issue is that the backing of the rear seat will slightly touch the bar so it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that there should be no passengers in the rear when this bar is installed. Also, you must run an aftermarket rear strut tower bar in order to complete the pivot/mounting points on the bottom. Cockpit Loft recommends using Cusco bars. Any other bars types of bars, they do not know if it will work or not, just that they know FOR A FACT any type of Cusco rear bar will work with this setup. Finally, a nice positive about this product is that it is a simple bolt-on/bolt-off piece so for track days you can simply bolt it up (should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete all work) and at the end of the day take it right off just as easily!!

Some points to consider before you want to join the Group buy on this product:

1) The purpose of this setup is to help stiffen the rear chassis; this in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM replaces or takes in the same functions (such as rollover safety) as a roll cage!!!
2) This setup is also STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED for mounting or bolting on race harnesses; again that is NOT the purpose of this product!!
3) AGAIN, this is only for DC2!! Please don't waste my time and ask can i make this fit my EG or EK because my answer will be a BIG FAT NO!!!
