The motor sets do not come with the axles. However, i have them avail. Most come with complete wire harness.

why does that seem so cheap?

 

I think it seems pretty cheap too. In SLC those usually range from 1200 to 2000 for the full swap, and those are lifted too. So why is this one so cheap, seems almost too good to be true... Is anything wrong with it?
