Located in Raleigh, NC. IT works, but needs a bath. Mileage I am unsure of, because I purchased the with it installed and did not ask when he put it on. It does include everything you need to bolt it on and ride except a belt, the belt that was on there I will not sell to you but that is for personal reasons.

you buying it? naw, because I personally think that whenever you buy something you should replace the belts... i.e. alternator, power steering pump. I was always taught to spend a couple dollars to prevent spending a lot more than a couple dollars~!!!
