Ive got a set of what are believed to be Excel's...not sure...but they are painted black with a polished lip...and yes they were painted...but it is done pretty good...anyway...tires are 215-45 and they are pretty new...they have prolly 90% or more tread life on them...there are to new proxess 4's and then 2 nankang....ill take 450 plus shipping
