boy that sounds kinda fishy worded that way 
the price isnt really of my concern, its getting something good for a decent deal. Right now I am looking at Endyn which are $485 without the rings and like another $90 for rings, so thats the $500 range, If I could get into the $400 range I'd be happier.
PS - I'd prefer to not go with JE or SRP.
