This looks like a pretty good deal. The only other thing that would be needed to make this work is an exhaust manifold and the air charge piping. I would rather get this turbo kit than pay $4,000+ for some turbo kit that still wouldn't have everything that I need.

I bought me a Warner IHI turbo on e-bay, super clean. It's a little small, but apparently they spool up really quick, at like 2000rpm. Puttin it in this winter and i'll be ready for spring, gonna have a custom Exhaust manifold and 3" exhaust line. Anyways, I also think it's better to just get a t3/t4 garett, and go custom from then on. Good luck to you both.

Don't know about the intercooler though, gonna see about that, and I gotta look into getting a BOV and a boost controller.
