Looking to buy some wheels and tires, max I can do is $650 shipped.. ideally I'd like to find someone in the Virginia area or neighboring states to pickup from, to be able to knock out shipping costs entirely.

Tires should be in good condition, no sense in paying for worn tires, or tires that will need to be replaced shortly. Wheels should also be in decent condition, absolutely no bends and ideally few scratches if any.

Not interested in anything white - I'm particularly after gunmetal with polish lip (oooo subzeros oooo).. but I'm just trying to see what's available.
