I just wanted to know what the procedures for the NC inspection on OBD2 vehicles. Everyone I've asked has given me different answers, ranging from "It's a nightmare" to "It's nothing big, really". Im most worried about a visual inspection of the emmissions system. The main reason, I have a bad catalytic converter and the computer is tricked right now. Im not going to lie, it's pretty obvious that there has been some wiring done. But I'm from FL, no one care in FL. So, ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
