i've just gotten a speeding expedition ticket in california as a mister meter. would anyone know how many point this is ? not sure if it is one or two. how much would the ticket come out to be and is there any way to fight these kinds of tickets

 

don't know how much the ticket will be..
but don't fight it... go to court and plea guilty..... and as long as it's your 1st offense, they will assign you traffic school no points.....

i've just found out it's two points for this ticket . 23109(c) speed scpedition . i was on capital express wy near the star bucks. my last ticket was 13 months ago so i do not thing i can take the traffic class again . i'm really tripping out about this ticket . i think this tickt will cost me 1k to 1.5k . is there anymore info about this ticket? and please let me know what you would do if u where i.

 

the ticket is 2 points and the penalty is between 300 to 450 dollars. the main problem (besides the points) is the fact that they will most likely take away your license for a month. ya you have to go to court and no you cant go to traffic school even if it had been 18 months. good luck in court man.

Exhibition of speed in california is only 2 points
It's 8 points in AZ if I recall correctly....

and Amar, it doesn't matter how fast you're going with exibition of speed...
lets say u gunned it from a light and never passed the limit, it's still exhibition of speed, doing a burn out is exhibition of speed... its basically open ended :hsdunno:
