I'm pretty sure you've gawked at them on the way through the TF section at Wal-Mart and Target. They're $5.99 each and are made of solid metal.
This is not good for my wallet. :wtc:

That's pretty neat. But why do miniatures of Alternators?

Even with all the heavy TF dealer pressure, I still don't want the KO Prime one bit. Sure, in a year when they're selling for $1,000 I'll feel stupid, but right now it just seems like too much. Now I kind of want one to sell for $1,000.
What's the deal with those Titanium series toys...they will be transformable and all metal? That sounds really cool.

Reno,
Don't let them bother you. I haven't purchased a KO Prime, and I'm ok with it.
Red Alert on the other hand...you need him for your collection. Took some pictures for you. I have one MISB and one MIB. The opened one has no stickers applied.
I went to TRU during lunch and picked up a BOGO pack of Cybertron scouts. I couldn't believe this actually works like in the cartoon.

1. if they DON'T Transform ... why make Alternators? They can't be anime correct ... there is no anime, unless they're in car form :eh:
2. if they DO transform ... How are they going to pull of the G1 Megatron that's listed?

If they don't transform then it's just garbage. They already have non-transformable "Titanium" alternators....they're called Hot Wheels.
Do any of you remember a line of Transformers that that didn't transform, but came with a robot and a vehicle? I think I had a Springer robot that could sit in a helicopter or something like that. I was very disappointed because I thought they could both transform.

News!
so I got a response from spirit of cybertron seller. check this out:

apparently we can help shape the new releases of KO
also, I'm hitting him up for volume orders. he sells the black ones and reds for $130 shipped from this site. I'm seeing if I can do better.
