Default 2005 VW Passat

Found these pics from other boards while I was browsing. Dunno whether these are real or not, but they look pretty good  I really like the design.

I see some Nuvolari in those taillights.....I love VW styling, I think this is a good direction to take the passat.

The pics are photoshops of the Phaeton and current Passat, however if VW makes the Passat look even remotely like that, they've got another winner.

Not a bad shape. But the headlight and taillights are a bit awkward looking. And that silver grill looks tacky.

I'm a huge anti VW/Audi critic (many bad experiences) but I have to admit the car looks great. Its a great photoshop of the car, but I wouldn't be surprised if the finished package looks similar. Thumbs up.

Headlights and Taillights are weak, and I've never been big on chrome... I think the Phaeton has a much better rear than this one.
:dunno:

Overall, it's pretty good.

The front end looks a bit wacky but overall the design is pretty not bad. I like how they've integrated more glass area than the current car.

the outward appearence of the previous passat was too plain for me. it looked good, but still really boring. the current one is touched up with chrome, but still looks very uninteresting, in my opinion. the body panels are just, well, plain. too round, not striking at all.
these images look much better, i think. i like the sharper design in the front end. makes it look more sporty. i don't like the tail lights too much. VW/audi is starting to love extending the metal around the grille down to the bumper... i don't like that very much, but it doesn't look that bad.

anyways, how do you know these are photoshopped images? they look pretty smooth to me
