Nissan/Infiniti, hands down

GM has some glimmers of hope at least, like the Corvette, Impala, and the new Seville. With Nissan it's either bland or ugly, nothing in between.

 

That Impala is a :slap: to anyone who appreciates the heritage of that name. The Malibu is similarly guilty of bankrupting its heritage.... :angry:

What are the suits at GM smoking?

 

I put Chrysler, I just can't stand the looks of its cars.

 

Mitsubishi and it's hard-on for that front nose design in it's up and coming cars... WTF is that thing!!??

 

GM by miles, although I like Saab's lineup.

 

GM has more bad designs than Japan has cars, but they are all (or most) under different design leadership. Plus, they have a few nice things in there to help their image slightly (ie Equinox, GTO, and the Euro designs)

So i singled out Mitsu as the worst. Thier newest stuff is just plain bad. That Diamonte front end has NO fluidity to the rest of the design. The only thing they do OK is the EVO, and that's only becuase Rally cars are supposed to look radical and sometimes stupid looking.

 

If this was last week, I would've said GM without a doubt, but seeing the new Galant, Lancer, and Diamante, I have to recall that vote and as much as I hate to say it but Mitsubishi's whole line has been beaten with the ugly stick. The Evo VIII would've been good looking if it wasn't for that damn altezza taillamp.

 

I was going to vote for BMW, their cars are just plain weird looking now. But then I suddenly remembered the Impala, Cavalier, and Avalanche. Along with the rental car Malibu, and long in the tooth S10. I can't think of any Vehicles that are uglier. And can anyone tell me why the Astro is still here, and why it has not changed at all in the last 15 years???

 

i wanted to put volvo. just because besides the s40 and w40, all their cars are starting to look like shit. i hate the rounded thing they're going for now. their boxy designs were really starting to look great... then ford bought them. but i don't know if that had anything to do with their radical design changes.

so anyways, i voted for toyota. vote toyota! i hate them.

 

yeah i can definetly name more than one.. mitsu made the eclipse go from ugyl to supa ugly. dodge (except viper), ponitac, toyota, etc etc etc even honda is slippin! i hate the new hatch civics they look like 2 door mini vans.
