What do you think is most likely in Honda/Acura's future? If you think they are all likely, then vote for the one you see coming the soonest.

I voted for AWD, even though we already use it in many products.

I'd say we're going to see the integrated motor assist we saw in the DN-X concept, to get performance and AWD from the Acura lineup.

On the Honda side, they've annouced 2005 Honda Pickups. It's just a matter of which happens first.

Yeah I know about AWD in some vehicles in the JDM, but we've yet to see anything in the USDM. I guess I was leaning towards the idea of AWD performance vehicles in the Acura. This poll is a USDM-biased.

Also, I've heard rumors of the Honda truck, but I didn't know it was announced to actually happen. What engine will be in it? Will it be an actual truck or some CR-V/Pilot SUT? If it's a real truck I assume we'd have to see a V8 of some sort with it.

Well, the Acura MDX, Honda Pilot, Honda CRV, Honda Element are all AWD.

I get your point though.

I am voting for awd. AWD is the new trend. Honda always waits a few years and perfects the trend when they come out with their product. I think in about 2 years we will see an awd car from Honda or Acura

Yeah I'd also like to see Acura concentrate on AWD much like Audi does not with Quattro. If Honda can get an AWD system together that is even nearly as highly praised as Quattro, I'd be impressed.

I say, becuase itll be the cheapest for them to implament. Not to mention they have VTM-4 over here, and other awd systems overseas.

Well, we're never seeing a V8. Your poll kinda sucks because we already have RWD and AWD, but I get tyour drift. I expect AWD in the 2004 TL and 2005 RL and as an option on the midcycle refresh of the Accord, so I vote for that. The truck won't come until 2006 or so.

What makes you say that? I remember hearing about either an MY 2005 pickup, or a pickup in 2005, which would probably be a MY 2006.
