What's wrong with the 1.8T ?? I thought their 1.8T is a pretty good engine ?

When I said thank God they have a new 2.0, I meant replacing their base 2.0 115HP iron block 4-banger. 1.8T is still around, just not in the A3 lineup apparently.

Agreed. I have my choices for a replacement narrowed down to the 2004 Audi S4 Quattro, '04 3.2TL or '04 Acura TSX.
