Actually, it does look bad. It's like a lot of Nissan styling cues from the Altima, Murano and 350Z were thrown together, and they didnt come out good at all.

My local newspaper's auto section has a blurb about the 2004 Maxima and says that it 'looks very similiar to the Altima but the difference is that it's larger and more powerful'...that looks NOTHING like the Altima. The auto editor is an f'ing moron

Too late now, it's production. I can't decide what's the lesser of three evils...the lower grille design, the upper grille desgn, or that damn metallic center bar in the upper grille. They all fugly :eh:

Yes it does look ugly:crying: I'm very disappointed. I wonder if it will sell well at all.
