I'm sorry, I should I clarified. Chrysler's current 4-speed FWD automatic (which is in LH cars, Minivans, not sure what else, but will be in the Pacifica) is a horrible transmission. It sucks power. I'm sure with Mercedes' imput, they could get a much nicer, 5-speed automatic from their FWD vehicles. I'm not saying it has to be 5-speed, just the auto industry seems to be moving toward that number, so that way they could get it around for a while instead of having to make a new one a few years down the road.
