I meant no offense when I laughed about your comment.........it's just when I think of an American made car that's close to a BMW, it's not the SHO......I understand your love for it, I like them also, they're very cool cars, I guess I just don't see it anywhere near a BMW.

I have to say welcome to the board also.....:thumbup:

I was out of town the last few days and driving back I passed (and was passed by) a white Third Generation SHO a couple times. I have to agree with SHOClub1's comments, the model is aging very well. A coworker has a 97 Taurus, and you can tell it's getting up in years, but this SHO looked like it could have been new. I think the wheels, unique front grille/bumper, and body color trunk-light-thing help it. I was somewhat upset they removed the SHO, I think the current Taurus doesn't look too bad (plus, it might help shed that rental car image). Sadly, chances are slim of the Taurus coming back, so the chances of an SHO are minescule. Even if it did, it would probably be an SVT.
