I have a 2000 CRV. I continue to have problems with the back gate. I don't know what it is that comes loose (it must be inside the door 'cause I can't locate the source), but it rattles. I have had it fixed twice now. Before bringing it in again I am interested in knowing if this is a common problem. Thanks.

I have a 2001 and the plastic bezel around the licence plate has broken clips inside the rear gate and this causes it to rattle the dealer wants over 200 to fix! is this the same as your problem?
