Activities: (so far these are the ideas)

BBQ
This meet IS A POTLUCK! Dont expect to be grubbin if you dont contribute. You dont necessarily have to bring enough food for EVERYONE, but bring a reasonable amount (use common sense). This is going to be a large turnout for this meet, so we would like for everyone to be able to at least grub on something whether it be real food or junk food. A signup list will be posted below.

Raffles
We will be coordinating a raffle this year to make things a little more interesting and FUN. Various car related prizes will be drawn out for example, stuff like air spencers, shift knobs, broadway mirrors etc. Maybe we'll even have 1 BIIIG prize that everyone will want. Details are still miniscule, so KEEP POSTED!

R/C Racing
There is a LOT of open space @ the location we will be @. If you have an rc, it would be a coo idea 2 bring it out n let it loose! A few people brought theirs last year n it looks like they had fun. Maybe we can get a lil track laid out for a couple races

ALSO! RSX PEOPLE! bring out your xmods! u guys talk a lot of shit sayin how yours is the fastst, this is the perfect time 2 shut everyone up!

my buddies from http://www.rockaparty.com are willin 2 DJ this event to provide us with sum musical entertainment. last year was a lil akward because it was so quiet. for the people who went to the meet last year these guys were the ones who were passing out mix cds "The Basics VOL 1" we will have too see what the regulations are as far as playing music for this meet are. After all, we dont want to be a disturbance. keep posted!

UPDATE: it doesnt look like we'll be able 2 bring out the djs to this meet, my self and a friend were @ the site and were searchin everywhere for a usable outlet too hook up the equipment to but came up empty handed so unless someone can bring out a generator or something it doesnt look like this will be happening DOH!

Okay technically, its not really an activity since its not really done at a specific time, but rather at random times of the meet throughout the day. But just wanted inform everyone so they can at least wash their car up. More than likely your car will be posted on VARIOUS honda/acura sites so make it SHINE!

BRING FOOD
Yes Potluck again. There is just no way that we can supply enough food if 100+ people show up. If you are passing the word, make sure people know what they are getting themselves into if they show up. This isn't a free food show/meet, but rather a meet to get everyone with integra's to come together and talk and chat and have fun getting to know each other more instead of the username that they see everyday on the computer.

If you are bringing a guest or some guests, please make sure they bring in a little something. If you can't think of anything, bring a 12 pack of soda or some hamburger patties or something. Snacks, chips, drinks or whatever you can think of. Just something that can be shared amoung everyone. I would appreiciate it if everyone at least brings something to the meet.

CLEAN UP
Please be a good samaritan and clean up after yourselves. At our last meet, there was a wonderfully great impression left behind on ClubRSX/Team-Integra. Make sure the area is as clean as when we got there. Respect the people there. Heck if anyone is willing to bring garbage bags just so we can clean up, I'm cool with that too. I just hope if we have lots of garbage left over that they have enough garbage cans/bins for us to use.

CLOTHING
We learned the hard way last year... Bay Area weather can be unpredictable, last year, a lot off members who live inland who attended came in shorts and tshirts because it was warm, but once they got to treasure island, they were freezing their ASS off! LOL! SO BRING WARM CLOTHING JUST INCASE! dont want anyone gettin sick

There will be ABSOLUTELY NO TOLERTATION of:

Similarly, attitudes and bad behaviors will also not be tolerated. This is an rsx/integra meet so lets try to keep the atmosphere as friendly as possible. The meet is afterall so that us rsx/integra owners can all get to know one another.

No burnouts or reckless driving. This is not a competition, but rather a social gathering.

Alcohol. U know were always down 4 sum dranky drank, but its a public area and everyone will need to drive back home. Alcohol will not be tolerated if found. There will probably be a LOT of underaged people we cannot be held accountable for underaged drinking/driving.

You will be asked to leave if you are found out of line (ie attitude, behavior, etc.) so please don't put us in this situation. The last thing that we want to happen is be forced to leave. That would totally ruin our long planned and anticipated event.

Volunteers
We will need some people to bring some bbq grills to the meet. Yes i said grills because if 100+ hungry people show up, its gonna take forever to cook up some food for them, so hopefully we can get some nice volunteers 2 bring their bbq equipment.

LETS MAKE THIS PHAT!!!! TREASURE ISLAND, PREPARE FOR THE CLUBRSX/TEAM INTEGRA INVASION!!!
