I had a similar problem with the bottom radiator hose. The original hose clamp required pliers that I didn't have on me at the time. I ended up using a more conventional hose clamp with a tighening screw (thanks dad) and that fixed it right up.

I also had a leak at the connection between the new radiator and the hose connecting to the overflow bottle/reservoir. Used another one of those hose clamps to fix that up too.

yeah, i used a clamp that tightens by screw as well! it worked way easier and wasnt such a pain in the ass! those clamps are teh ish!

Isnt there a front bolt on the block you should unbolt also ? to get all the radiator fluid out of the block ? ( might as well if your draining it anyways ... )
