are the LS flywheels the same as the GSR ones? i have a LS flywheel hooked up to my GSR block and i'm having starting problems. i'm wondering if this has anything to do with my problem.. thanks ..

That shouldn't be your starting problem...if there's any difference at all it might be a pound or two.

then why wont my car start??? i bought a new starter and recharged the hell out of two batteries... i hear a single loud click noise everytime i try to start it, and it doesn't sound like the typical low battery starting sound. damnit...its driving me crazy

Where did you buy your new starter from? Is it new or remanufactured?

i bought it from a local recycler H.A.P, who guarantees it for 6 months.

The loud click is probably your solenoid. I'd have that starter tested.

starter for sure. Its either the solenoid or its locking up (gears might be jammed)
