KBB is a good resource, but like anything else, it ultimatly depends on the overall condition. Bottom line is: what is the person that's buying it willing to pay? If I were the buyer, I might offer $3k. But that's because I don't like autos and would be looking for a smokin' deal... Otherwise it's not worth it to me.

Unfortunately, a high-mileage automatic Integra LS is not what anyone who is "into integras" is looking for. While you might be able to get more than KBB for a GSR or a Type-R due to enthusiast demand, no enthusiast wants an auto LS. About $4k sounds right. I bought my '94 LS 4dr 5spd two years ago with 89k miles for $6600. That kind of depriciation sounds about right for another 2 years and another 50k miles.

Yeah, I'd offer $3400 and call it a day. But then again, in December of 2000, I paid $3300 for a 94 LS 3dr with 211K on it. I tell ya, that car ran beautiful.
