Call your local dealership with the VIN. They may tell you you need the serial code on the back of the radio. If so, you'll have to pull the radio and get that number as well.
yup there right, call the dealership, they're the only ones who can get the # if its not on the radio =) how do i know? Cuz the same thing happend to me
