You cant. Its pretty much impossible. Remember, on top of the turbo kit you're gonna need to do some work on the fuel lines. And with the stock clutch you'll last a matter of months. If you're gonna do it, do it right the first time. Basic buildup is as follows -

Revhard stage 2 turbo kit - $2800
Greddy 550cc injectors - $106
Hondata S200 - $495
BBK 255lph fuel pump - $130
clutchmasters stage 3 clutch - $545
Quaife LSD - $795

Now, granted you dont need the LSD, its just something nice to have while you have your tranny out for the clutch and it'll help get all the power out of the tubo

You'd be able to pick out a few parts from a junkyard probably, but you couldn't find a complete kit for that much, if your looking retail anyhow.

You might find a used D16 turbo kit for that price.
