Default Alarms...any recommendation?

What's a good alarm system out there. How much is reasonable price?

What to look for and etc when choosing an alarm sys.

it really depends on what you are looking for ... key less entry or the works .... usually a VIPER alarm system can cost you up to 500. but thats from what i have heard

I'd say go for the not-so-expensive one, and the not-so cheap one...one that'll do just fine. I like the Black Widow alarm. It's not state-of-the-art, but if you're worried about your car being stolen or broken into in your driveway, or while your at the mall or something (hey, my brother-in-law's BMW got broken into at the mall), then get the Black Widow car alarm. It's like $400 for it. I'm goin to get it on mine...but i'm doing that halfly because i get a discount...

i have this alarm by a company called ultrastart. it is great! it has keyless entry, remote start, and pager all in one. the model i ahve is the 4500 2-way pager. check it out.

Does anyone know what a remote start security system costs. Again not too high tech but just in the middle?? any recomendations?
