A friend of mine owns his own store selling turbos and performance parts, i know that turbos are not alot of maintenance, as long as you change your oil religiously.

its basically any complete (head, valvetrain, manifolds, etc.) vtec head with an LS long block.

I have a friend with a LS that sqeezed, then turboed and now he has the crv vtec. According to him, the turbo requires too much maintenance...crv vtec seems to be running fine and he's clicking off nice e.t.'s. I'd probably go with the turbo.

go with a drag kit, this way you dont need to buy a ic. dollar for dollar n2o is the way to go. n2o is safe if you are a dumb ass.

Meguel24, for the ls vtec, most people use the head from the b16 (motor from the civic si)
