i am suprised no one has mentioned a bad cat but it could be shake the cat and if it rattles then it is shot.

I had the same rattling problem..at 3k rpm....a few weeks after I got a check engine light!...for misfire in cylinder 3 do you think this is related?

Honda has a TSB on this, maybe some one with Alldata or Mit on demand can find out the part that need to be installed. I think if you ask the dealer, you can get the part... but I am sure that their is a TSB on that noise.
