The Integra didn't have a vti-R designation.
It came in LS/GS/RS, GSR, and Type R.
When you pop your hood, does it say "Honda DOHC VTEC" on the valve cover?

Excellent car, BTW.
Anyways, here's some things to look at (These are all american brands, or the american branding for japanese imports, so I dunno which would be best where you'd be living):
Also, I'm stating the mid-range choices. If you want more, look at mugen, hytech, or SMSP, but those brands are DAMN expensive
Intake: Cold Air or Short Ram
The Cold Air will give you more power, but the short ram will sound meaner. Also, you stand the chance of hydrolocking your engine in extremely rainy environments with a cold air.
Headers: Spend the cash and get Stainless Steel. Look at Comptech or GReddy. Also, traditionally, 4-2-1 gives you more midrange power, while 4-1 gives you more high-end.
Exhaust: If you want quiet and good, look at the Apex'i World Sport or Comptech. If you want a bit more of the sport tone and look, look at a GReddy Evo.
Springs/Shocks: Don't know much about these. Still haven't bought any for my car.
More advanced mods:
Catalytic converter: Get a high-flow replacement, and don't put in a test pipe. A test pipe will only give you about 1 HP over a good high-flow cat, and you'd prevent a lot of environmental damage with the cat.
Adj. Cam gears and new cams: These will help you squeeze the most power out of the mods you've done so far. I recommend doing this later in the engine mod process to maximize the qualities of the tuning. This is where you'll want to do a lot of research on your own to find out what's best for your setup. Stay away from AEM here.
Bushings: You can replace your suspension bushings with nice new urethane ones. Good brands I hear are neuspeed and prothane.
And I'd talk more, but I'm not in the mood to make a grand list of all possible upgrades you can do to your car. I'm sure someone can add to this list though...
