what to do 2 an Integra Vti-R?

first off its header.
secondly, unlike other products, aftermarket "brand names" do have their advantages. They are dyno tested/proven to be effective and for the most part are very reliable. Depending on the aftermarket product, there aren't really "off brand" cams or gears, etc.
The only really generic things are cai, exhaust, and strut bars, along with a whole slew of non functional accessories.
