The guy that building the motor for me is giving me a warranty, but his work speaks for it self. He built over 22 LS/VTECS since he started his business, not to mentioon how many motors he has built before that. The only reason I trust him is because:
1) I know where he lives.
2) I have driven his car, and trust me , shifting at 11,000rpms is amazing, but im not sure if he is making any power that high up. My guess is he has enough done to the engine that it would still be making power.

One of his customer bent all the valves and crack the camshaft on a mishift at high RPMS and he just rebuilt it for him for a dinner and a movie.

I know you guys dont think the LS/VTEC setup is very reliable, because if you do it wrong it would leak oil everywhere and stuff, but when I took a look at his engine, you cannot even tell it is a frankenstien motor, and it runs really smooth, except for the idle, its a little higher.

I have no time to speak more on this matter right now because I am going to work, but please give me some more information on the LS/VTEC setup. I just know its quicker and cheaper than a b18c1-c5 motor.

Thats cool you're on a good basis with the guy. If you've seen his work and its reputable, then by all means go for it, especially since he backs his work and product.

I own a GSR sedan and love the car all around! The only problem with the car is the tranny; it grinds in 2nd gear, so i have to get that fix. Other than that, i love my GSR sedan.

That's a newer body style (98-01). What year is your Integra? I'm assuming a 94-96?

Sedans are cool if you have nazi friends and are driving people around a lot. Otherwise get a hatch

I like driving my friends around. Better to have four of us in one car than two in two different cars.:dunno:

Man, second time this thread has been brought back from the dead.

My car is a 2000 year model. It was updated in the 98 model year, like said.
