I dont believe that the focus is rated at 200hp. More like 160 or so...

Dam, mine only goes a little over 80 in third and a little over 100 in fourth.



yea, i hold it out close to the rev limiter on mine, only when i have to though. like 89mph is my rev limiter in third.

 

yea thats mine i always shift right at 8200 i think it is couple times i shift a little late and ut oh

 

the gsr? if so, thats pretty impressive. what did you have in it.

 

3rd mines about 89....4th is about 117-118.....just right b4 cut out....(7200)

 

I also have an LS, it doesn't take much at all to get up to 115 and beyond. I go to 3rd at 75-80, into fourth a tad under 90, and into 5th a tad under 120.

 

That was right after I bought it, all I had done to it @ the time was the K&N. My Dad was riding with me and he didn't believe a 4 cyl. would run that strong, so I laid it all out on an empty highway. Pegged the Speedo @ about 7500 rpm and felt very stable doing it. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it for myself

 

waht my gsr tops at 140 and thats almopst 8000 in 5th

 

May actually have been a little more than 7500, didn't get to 8 though.
BTW, do your parents know you're driving their car that fast?
