replace GSR wing with TYPE-R wing? and OEM bodykit question

Weird... I have been looking to replace my factory GSR wing with a type R.. My factory wing has only two mounting points per side.
i found a factory look-a-like Type R wing PAINTED w/ led light for under $300.00 on Ebay. Search "Integra Type R wing" use the "Buy it now" option

i got my spoiler for my accord at spoiler2000.com..cheap. a spoiler is just a spoiler, there really isnt too much quality issues besides "is is broken or is it not broken" here they are:
without light - $175 + shipping
with light - $190 + shipping
now i would like to know if the holes line up at all..i should give them a call. i remember shipping being pretty cheap from them and nice and fast. maybe if i talk to them we can get a group buy goin on or something like that. who would be interested?
* EDIT: $20.95 ground shipping to my house in new jersey, not bad.

another thing is the that type-r spoiler has smaller pedestal, it will not cover the original big cable holes for GSR spoiler.
FYI, these are the same problems with ORIGINAL Type-R from Honda Motor Japan.

I got a ITR wing w/LED for about $130. It came primered and fit the stock hole locations. I know that Tegs with factory wings have two extra holes that the ITR wing doesn't really cover, one is for the brake light wires and the other is unused (I guess they wanted to make both sides match).
It looks good and makes the car feel more stable at higher speeds.

ITR OEM wing fits same holes, but leaves the two inner holes (wiring holes) uncovered.
The OEM kit- the sides will work on a 2 door teg prior to 98, but the front and rear pieces are different. You will need to do a bumper swap.
