Default Spoilers and such..

Alright, I'm looking at a black '94 GS-R, pretty phat except for one problem..A massive aluminum spoiler. I hate those ****ing things.
I was wondering how much it would cost to get it removed and get the holes patched up or whatever is required.

After I got that removed, Then I'd throw a stock one on, which leads to my second question..
Aside from the cost of the spoiler and paint, How much would it be to get it installed?

Aluminum spoilers= everything bad in the world :madfawk:

im not sure but dont throw that aluminum spoiler away.. just research and see what it retails.. and sell it to a ricer.. so it'll help you out on the install of ur other spoiler..

Yeah I was thinking about doing that, I hate to contribute to the creation of another ricer, but if it helps me out, I think I could bear it :P

install on a spoiler isnt that hard. But get a pro to patch up those holes for sure. U dont want anything contributing to water leakage in your trunk.

Dude istall the spoiler yourself, its hella easy. If you open your trunk, you will see that on the very edges of the trunk there are 2 places for holes on each side, alll you gotta do is drill the holes and put the stock spoiler on, i installed my own spoiler, dont waste your money on having the shops do it, they charge you like 50-100 bucks at lease, and the whole job takes like 30min. And for the huge aluminum spoiler, just ****ing break it and through it away or sell it away, cause those are gay. Peace

I wouldent doubt that the wing messed up the trunk up a little bit. The metal could of gotten a little bent or what not. On my stock gsr spoiler, the metal got a little tweaked by the bolts or something.

ricer wing on a integra:down:

i agree with you aluminum spoilers are very gay im not sure how much it would cost though. the only thing that would be expensive is the paint for the new spoiler to match the paint of the car
