I have done the following,

jammed the flywheel.
had someone on the breaks in 5th gear.
used breaker bar and a huge amount of force (both legs)
impact guns.
heat.
anti sieze spray shit.
lots of swearing and sweating.


For the benefit of others I will add this bit of advice not found in the manual. (there is a manual online for the integra someone scanned in).

DO NOT REMOVE THE ENGINE MOUNTS before you break the crank pulley bolt. There is just too much movement in the engine when it is removed and you are wrenching on the thing. I followed the instructions and ended up putting them back in.

Anyone have a crank pulley tool I can borrow?
