i was wondering if a tanabe racing medallion made for a gsr would fit on my ls??? i didnt think it would but the guy selling it told me it would and i wanted to get more opinions. thanks alot for your help. oh yeah and if it doesnt fit, is there a way of making it fit?

 

what year LS and what year GSR?

 

my ls is a 97 and his gsr is a 95! i know the body sty le is the same but not sure on the exhaust piping...

 

No it won't fit, the GSR exhaust is longer by about 4 inches.

 

i got a 94 ls and i got the type r exhaust on mine and it fit fine so i think the gsr might fit fine in yours too.

 

The type r and GSR exhausts are different. The GSR WILL NOT fit.

 

yeah thast true.. but my friend that is giveing me his exhuast.. he has a GSR and he got it from an LS.. they added a pipeing that made it fit.. hes giving me his exhaust now and we just need to take the part he made off and stick it back on my LS

 

Has any one here heard of custom pipeing for a custom exhauste system.

 

i have a 2000 sedan...but my resonator/b-pipe/s-pipe section is from Apex-i, for a 94-97 GSR coupe application. the axle back was custom mandrel bent to my Ultra Flo (pre-dynomax) muffler. Dont know if this helps you though...good luck.
