Default comments on my new h&r sports springs....

they rule! I installed these springs on my stock shocks and the drop is beautiful. Everyone is asking me what springs I used to drop the car b/c the drop is ideal,( not too much but definitely noticeable.) I have a 2000 teg and right now I have about a 1/4 inch space between the tire and the fender wall. BTW, I was asking those of you around Toronto if any of you heard of darkside imports before...well I got one of their flyers and thats where I got my springs from. I paid only $340 (Canadian dollars)... $100 cheaper than anywhere else. I told them I'd put in a good word, so if you want anything call them @ 416 827 8130 or email: darksideimports@hotmail.com
they carry eibach koni H&R etc. etc... theres my bit, I told the boys at darkside I'd mention them on the forum.
Anyway, my ride on stock shocks is alright for now, a little bouncy but not too bad, but I'll definitely get koni's down the road. I'll post pics soon.. very happy with my ride...its like I'm 16 and just got my licence..lol

peace

that looks how low my gs-r was with eibach sportlines. but they were a little too soft for me. are the h&r's stiffer?

genreally h&r's are stiffer than eibach, but to give you an accurate opinion I'd have to first try a car with sportlines. I'm really happy with my h&r's right now. The lower center of gravity allows me to fly through on ramps and off ramps and turns. The handling however isn't much better yet b/c I still have my stock shocks on. However, before I bought my springs I had a chance to try a teg with h&r's sports and koni yellows set on the stiffest setting and the handling was mind blowing...truly unbelievable, and definitely better than a prokit/koni yellow combo or a neuspeed sport tokico combo or whatever.
