Default Painting stock gsr wheels?

I am thinking about wet sanding my stock five star gsr rims and then reclearing them because then they would be in mint condition? Has anyone done this?

Well thats great, i would love to hear how the process went and what was used to complete the project. My main concern is the aftermath on how its going to hold up! Anyone???

I did it, I will post pics for you asap. Looks 100% better. Painted mine graphite color, paired with kumho mx's(205/50/15). I wet sanded mine, hand sanded each one for an hour. Cleaned with comet, sprayed with clear adhesive primer, painted graphite, then clear coated. My fat five's were in horrible shape though. I waited until my old tires were dead, dismounted them, did all the work, and then replaced with new ones. I just hope they don't chip. I can't take the credit though, I got the idea here.

Mine look pretty much the same.
