Full soft to full stiff is 1.75 turns for me. I can tell a BIG difference even between 1 full turn from soft, and full stiff (1.75 turns from soft). I usually keep my rear shocks 1 full turn from soft for around town, or full soft for road trips, full stiff for track. My front shocks are at about .75 turns from full soft.

As for the spring perch, use a screwdriver to pry the c-clip out of the notch and then work it down to the next lower notch.

yes, they do get stiffer after one full turn. But according to Koni's instructions, one full turn is "Sport" mode. Anything over that is pretty much unnecessary, since they're pretty damn stiff there.
