Default Live Once, Car Stories

Again, being one of the youngest here I bring up different points.
Now, I am sure alot of our parents said "Save your money for college, living, ect, when you are older!". Well, with a mix of my believes I think "You only live once" so why not just spend some money and go with it? I am not saying wasting all your money on some Turbo and total body makeover, buy does anyone else believe in the point "You Only Live Once, so Live It Up"? Perhaps someone has a story to tell Just wondering :naughty:

I am bringing this up because the count is now: 1 week untill I turn 16 :fawk: I am hoping to put in 40 hours of work a week during summer to pay monthly fees and insurrance on a 'teg h:

good luck man. I suggest you don't vgo for a GSR. The insurance per year will kill you at your age.

I could probably find a nice LS, seeing as how 90% the tegs I see for sell are one. Perhaps I could find a nice GSR my senior year

Anyone have a story to tell about this topic?

1st of all, it would be a waste to get a gsr for ur 1st car. Why not get something cheaper and experiment around with it. Who knows what can happen to 1st timer drivers. I had my bad experience. And yes don't ever show off ur car or you'll get into an accident..LOLZ

I agree with this man all the way. I wasted lots of money cause I wanted to show off in front of people who don't even care who I am or what I'm doing.

I would go along with what everyone has posted. If you get a GSR you would feel that you need to drive it fast and try to impress other people, and thats when bad things happen. Just found a cheap beater or something and learn to drive on that and when your ready you can start looking for a nice car.

i dont agree wtih what you guys are saying, for my first car i bougth a 96 ls with 30k miles. a nice car however i agree not as nice as a gsr. i never had the need to show off and as long as you can control yourself everything should be fine.

edit: btw i was 16

my first car is a 00' GSR. I dont see why it would be bad to have a GSR as a first car!??? I dont go driving all fast to try and impress people personally i could careless what other ppl think. Its and AWESOME car i love it to death and would never choose an LS over the GSR. Get the GSR its worth it, cept the insurance is a Biotch!
