If you want 400whp go turbo.

Have you driven a 400whp car? A lot of people plan out their projects aiming for the highest possible #'s, but for the most part a 225whp JRSC'd car is a blast to drive. A 300whp FWD Integra is a monster. A 350whp turbo Integra delivers so much power you dont even know what to do with it. 400whp+ is just ridiculous for a street car.

But if thats your goals, you can definitely accomplish it with the right parts, but it wont be JRSC'd. If it is, it will take one hefty shot of nitrous to realize those numbers...I cant imagine its been done before.

A front-wheel drive car like the Integra is a poor platform for big power. If you still want 400whp from supercharging, the Vortech unit *may* be able to get you there.

400 hp from JRSC without NO2 isnt gonna happen. you would melt the unit before you could build that kind of boost.

There are 2 aftercooler designs actually, without including water injection. LHT Performance in FL, and KLR in Tennessee.

LHTs looks extremely promising.

Either way, it still most likely isnt going to happen. It would take more displacement, a ton of boost, some sort of cooling, completely built motor from valve cover to oil pan...and it still most likely wont come close. A 400whp SC'd 4cyl would be INCREDIBLE. Hell, a 300whp no-nitrous SCd car would be a friggin blast.

Im telling you man, if you want 400whp, go turbo.
