Default now for something totally new

you gotta look at the blow off valve debate to get info on what my setup is. i just got the shock of the century yesterday - alright here's the scenario : acura gsr b18c1 with vortech super run through two saab intercoolers with .018 NOS jets in each (remember 2 x .018 is NOT .036......IT'S ONLY ABOUT HALF the volume of one .036) ok the car had some belt slip on the payn tech 8 rib pulleys used but i cleared up when tightened. looks like the boost is a little low at 5-6 lbs , but that's after it runs hell and gone through like 12 feet of tubing. so ok i'm driving and i hit the window opening the oppertunity to give nos and at the same time retarding ignition timing by 10 degrees at 4600 right now so it retards then i step on the gas boost climbs past one atmosphere to 5-6 lbs like i said then hit the nos

THE BOOST WENT TO 35 POUNDS !!!!! YOU HEARD ME
i may be a genius or an idiot but the nos which should have super cooled the intercoolers (as well as provide an oxidizer) stuffed so much pressure in the manifold that it scared me. most are saying if that were true i'd have added 300 hp , but no just the expected 25 -30 hp. so any body got an explaination for that kind of pressure? i ran two gauges one off the manifold where it all comes in (nos included) and one before nos but getting the pressure off the super charger it ran about 12 lbs - i guess that may show what im losing in my inter coolers - although the air WAS cooler more dense maybe giving up 3 lbs just to temp. the rest to choked intercooler loss.
i know it's pretty tech , but interesting ANYBODY ?
