Default Small mods on an LS?

I am looking to buy a Teg LS in the near future but will have a small budget for mods. I wanted to know if anyone had a 3rd gen Teg and had small mods they've used that still add hp. I know there will not be a drastic change but I wish to break the 16 second barrier with only a few mods. Any ideas?:dunno:

make it breathe nice. get a cold air intake, nice header, and wider exhaust piping. those wont run you too much money and they will give you a nice boost from stock. its pretty much the way most people start out.

dont get n2o...yet.
