If all you're doing are bolt-ons, the Comptech 4-2-1 piece isn't too bad.

A lot of guys run the JDM 4-1 piece but I believe it has a 2.5" collector.

If you have the $$ to spend Mugen and Toda make excellent headers.

If not the JDM 4-1 ITR header is a good bang for buck piece...and it does have a 2.5" collector.

The DC w/ the 2.5" is just called the DC JDM 4-1. It's very similar to the JDM ITR, it's ok. If nothing else, I'd get it because it's 2.5".

I wouldn't bother buying a 2.25", you'll just replace it later.

DC JDM header has very poor ground clearance but has the best bang for the buck...If you have the money go with a Toda or SMSP Header and get a 2.5 inch Carsound cat so everything bolts up perfectly.

please...do not choke your ITR with a DC 4-2-1 header. If anything, you'll lose HP. I have a friend who has the Hytech Systems header (with exhaust) and he loves it. It pulls hard through the mid-range and has great ground clearance.
