I purchased a 2K Integra LS auto. in 2002. It had 27K miles when I purchased it. When I reached about 35k miles I noticed a mild humming noise coming from the transmission above 50mph. Below 50 I heard nothing. Besides the whinning noise the car shifited fine. No abrupt shifting, nothing. I took it to the dealer and they actually heard the noise and offered to replace the transmission (free of charge since it was still under warnt.). The guy was unable to exactly pin point the problem and just replaced the entire tranny. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem or could give any insight on the problem.

The new tranny which is actual a remanufactured tranny, rides fine but I think I hear some noises slightly similar to previous tranny problem. I cant tell if it is wind, tires or the tranny.
